Γυναίκα 40 ετών με φυσιολογικές τιμές μετά από θεραπεία σιδήρου αλλά RDW 19,7 - Τι να κάνω;

Γυναίκα 40 ετών είχα αιμοσφαιρινη 10.3 , αιματοκρίτη 32,4 και φερριτινη 7,8. Οι υπόλοιπες εξετάσεις όλες φυσιολογικές. Μετά από θεραπεία 2 μηνών με tardyferon και βιταμίνες complex b ο αιματοκρίτης πήγε 42, η αιμοσφαιρίνη 13.8 και η φερριτινη 41. Αλλά το rdw είναι 19,7. Τι με συμβουλεύεται να κάνω;; Πρέπει να το ψάξω περισσότερο;; Σίδηρο σταματάω να παίρνω; Στο μεταξύ πέρασα και έρπη ζωστήρος πριν ένα μηνα και πήρα valtrex 7 ημέρες. Ευχαριστώ
