Είμαι 34 ετων. Από το καλοκαίρι του 2023 έχω διάφορα τραβήγματα, τσιμπήματα δεν ξέρω πως να το εξηγήσω μπροστά στο θωρακα. Άλλες φορές ξεκινάει από τα αριστερά και φτάνουν μέχρι δεξια. Πήγα σε ορθοπαιδικο και καρδιολόγο όλα καλά. Έκανα και ακτινογραφία θωρακα όλα καλά. Να πω ότι είμαι υπάλληλος γραφείου και η στάση σωματος είναι χάλια. Τι μπορεί να ειναι; με έχει κουράσει. Δεν το έχω καθημερινά αλλά όταν με πιάνει μου χαλάει τη διάθεση. Και δεν ξέρω τι χάπια μπορώ να πάρω για να ηρεμήσω. Μπορεί να είναι μυοσκελετικο αλλά μόνο μπροστά στο θωρακα; μήπως είναι νευροπονος; τα φώτα σας. Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων

Δεν άκουγεται ανησυχητικό, δοκιμάστε μυοχαλαρωτικά , άσκηση κ αν επιμένει μιλήστε με το γιατρό σας

Από γυμναστική δεν διάβασα να κάνετε.Αν δεν,ξεκινειστε άμεσα,περπάτημα,πιλάτες,ενίσχυση αυχενικών,τραχηλικων μυων
