Ανησυχώ για έντονα φτερουγίσματα καρδιάς όταν κοιμάμαι, είμαι 22 και καπνίζω
Απο το καλοκαίρι η καρδιά μου ξεκίνησε να κάνει κάποια έντονα φτερουγίσματα . Είμαι 22 χρόνων καπνίζω βέβαια . Μέχρι τώρα ακόμα υπάρχει αυτό το γεγονός απλά όχι τόσο έντονα . Αυτό συμβαίνει κυρίως όταν προσπαθώ να κοιμηθώ σε πλαγια στάση ή όταν είμαι ανάσκελα

Δεν νομίζω να είναι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο.Μειωσε το κάπνισμα,χάσε βάρος αν είσαι παχύς,κοιμησου επαρκώς και προπάντων ΜΑΚΡΙΑ από τους διαβόλους redbull,hell, και λοιπές βλακειες
