Μπορεί η μακροχρόνια λήψη συμπληρώματος σιδήρου να βλάψει το συκώτι;

Απο μικρη ως σημερα ο αιματοκριτης ειναι μεταξυ 32 και 37, και ανεβαινει με συμπληρωμα σιδηρου & βιτ C, ή κρεας 4 φορες τη βδομαδα. Δεν εχω στιγμα. Συνηθως συνισταται κοκκινο κρεας μια φορα τη βδομαδα. Το συμπληρωμα αν το παιρνω σχεδον ολο το χρονο, μηπως βλαπτει το συκωτι ή κατι αλλο;
