Ανησυχώ για διογκωμένο υπερκλειδιο λεμφαδένα, 3,2x1,8cm και υπεργαμμασφαιριναιμία.
Η αδερφή μου 27 ετών πριν 3 εβδομάδες παρατήρησε διογκωμένο τον υπερκλειδιο λεμφαδένα, σκληρό-ευκινητο-επιμηκες. Πήγε σε ΩΡΛ και διαγνώσθηκε με φαρυγγίτιδα, πήρε αντιβίωση, αλλά ο λεμφαδένας δεν ξεπρηστηκε. Ακολούθησαν εξετάσεις αίματος υπέρηχος και αξονική όπου διαπιστώθηκε ότι το μέγεθος του λεμφαδένα είναι 3,2 x 1,8 cm. Ως προς τις εξετάσεις αίματος διαπιστώθηκε υπεργαμμασφαιριναιμια με πόσο 20,6% ενώ όλες οι υπόλοιπες εξετάσεις αίματος και ούρων βγήκαν σε φυσιολογικές τιμές. Η αδερφή μου έχει θυροειδή (χασιμοτο) και επίσης Raynaud. Θα επισκεφθούμε με ραντεβού αιματολογο σε νοσοκομείο σε δύο βδομάδες. Είναι μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα? Πρέπει μήπως να πάμε στα επείγοντα? Αν είναι αριστερά θα μπορούσε να πρόκειται για τον λεγόμενο αδένα του Virchow, που σχετίζεται με πρόβλημα στο στομάχι. Πηγαίνετε στο ραντεβού σας στα επείγοντα δεν γίνονται τέτοιες διαγνώσεις.
