Πόνος στα στηρίγματα 4 χρόνων οδοντικής γέφυρας: Αιτίες και λύσεις?
Έχω βάλει γέφυρα με 4 δόντια εδώ κ πόσα χρονια κ τώρα τελευταία με πονάνε τα στηρίγματα της γέφυρας...δηκ τα δόντια μέσα ... γιατί?

Καλησπέρα σας. Για να μπορέσουμε να απαντήσουμε στο ερώτημα αυτό χρειάζεται ακτινογραφικη αλλά κ κλινική εξέταση των δοντιών-στηριγματων της προσθετικής αποκατάστασης. Μπορούμε όμως να αναφέρουμε ότι εάν πρόκειται για "ζωντανά" δόντια υπάρχει πιθανότητα να χρειαστούν ενδοδοντικη θεραπεία (απονεύρωση), ή εάν προϋπήρχε ενδοδοντικη θεραπεία τότε εξετάζεται η πιθανότητα παραμονης τους κ επανάληψης της, ή ακόμα κ η εξαγωγή τους σε περιπτώσεις καταστροφής της οδοντικής ουσίας σε μη επανορθωτικο βαθμό ή κάταγμα.
