Χρειάζεται επανέλεγχος μετά από χρόνια ελαφρά ατροφική γαστρίτιδα;
Καλησπέρα! Υποβλήθηκα σε γαστροσκόπηση και τα αποτελέσματα των ιστολογικών έδειξαν, χρόνια ελαφρά ατροφική γαστρίτιδα, χωρίς εντερικές μεταπλάσεις ή επιθηλιακή δυσπλασία. Χρειάζεται να γίνει επανέλεγχος μετά από κάποιο καιρό;

Εφόσον βρεθεί ατροφία σε γαστροσκόπηση, οι διεθνείς οδηγίες (π.χ. ESGE) απαιτούν βαθμολόγηση αυτής σύμφωνα με συγκεκριμένο σύστημα που, απ'ό,τι περιγράφετε, δεν έχει γίνει.
Μιλήστε με τον γαστρεντερολόγο σας και τον παθολογοανατόμο του για σωστή βαθμονόμηση αυτής για να ξέρετε αν και πόσο συχνά θα πρέπει να παρακολουθείσθε.
