Τι να κάνω αν ο γιος μου με διαφραγματοκήλη και γαστρίτιδα έχει καούρες;

Ο γιος μου στα 17 νοσηλεύτηκε νοσοκομείο λόγω αφαγίας και εμετών και διαγνώσθηκε με διαφραγματοκήλη και ηωσινοφιλική γαστρίτιδα, πήρε nexium 40mg καθημερινά για 8 μήνες, στους 3 μήνες είχε ξανακάνει γαστροσκόπηση και υποχώρησε η ηωσινοφιλική οισοφαγίτιδα μετά 8 μήνες σύνολο κόβει το nexium και αρχίζει πάλι να χάνει 4 κιλά σε 2 μήνες έχει καούρες και ναυτίες, αυτό του προκαλεί πολύ άγχος.. τι πρέπει να γίνει από εδώ κ πέρα? γαστροσκόπηση πρέπει να γίνει επανέλεγχος μετά από μήνες

  • Το Nexium (το οποίο είναι εξαιρετικό φάρμακο), ΔΕΝ είναι αγωγή για ΗΩΣΙΝΟΦΙΛΙΚΗ γαστρίτιδα, παρά μόνον για βελτίωση της φλεγμονής της γαστρίτιδος...Δεν ανακόπτει τα ηωσινόφιλα από το να προκαλούν φλεγμονή...
    Δεν σας το εξήγησαν;
