Πρήξιμο και πόνος στο στομάχι ψηλά, επιδεινώνεται νηστική, αιτίες?

Εδώ και μία εβδομάδα νιώθω πρήξιμο και πόνο στο στομάχι ψηλά. Ο πόνος είναι περισσότερο σαν σφίξιμο ή κράμπα και επιδεινώνεται όταν είμαι νηστική. Τι μπορεί να είναι ?
