Πόνος στο στομάχι παιδιού μετά από θεραπεία για Ελικοβακτηρίδιο, τι να κάνω;
Καλησπέρα, η κόρη μου 11 ετών υποφέρει από έντονο πόνο πάνω από το στομάχι και αριστερά αυτού από αρχές Γενάρη. Υπεβλήθη σε γαστροσκόπηση και κολονοσκόπηση και βρέθηκε Ελικοβακτηρίδιο και έντονη γαστρίτιδα. Έλαβε αγωγή για εκρίζωση η οποία έληξε πριν από 4 ημέρες, τώρα συνεχίζει την λήψη φαρμάκου για το στομάχι, το οποίο θα λαμβάνει για τρεις εβδομάδες. Ο πόνος δεν έχει σταματήσει και πονάει κάθε βράδυ. Τι πιστεύετε ότι πρέπει να κάνουμε; Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Θα πρέπει να περιμένετε λίγες μέρες ακόμα και αν συνεχίζει να σας ξαναδεί γαστρεντερολόγος.

Το παιδάκι πρέπει να επανεκτιμηθεί από τον παιδογαστρεντερολόγο που το εξέτασε και γνωρίζει ΟΛΟ το ιστορικό του παιδιού, ξέρει για΄τι έκανε τις ενδοσκοπήσεις - κι αν εκτέλεσε λιγότερο επεμβατικές εξετάσεις προ αυτών - και τι είδε στις ενδοσκοπήσεις.
Σαφώς το στομάχι ΔΕΝ συνέρχεται σε λίγες ημέρες και θα το πονά, αλλά το σωστό είναι να το ξαναδεί ο συνάδελφος.
Σας πληροφοόρησαν πως πρέπει να ελεγχθεί και η λοιπή οικογένεια για το μικρόβιο;
