Καλημέρα σας. Παρακαλώ πολύ θα ήθελα να ξέρω αν συνίσταται ειδική διατροφή ή φαρμακευτική αγωγή για την αυτοάνοση ατροφική γαστρίτιδα (με εντερική μετάπλαση) ώστε να βελτιωθεί ή να μην επιδεινωθεί. ευχαριστώ.
