Συνιστάται επέμβαση για ολισθαίνουσα διαφραγματοκήλη με τύπου IV βαλβίδα;

Καλησπέρα, έχω ολισθαίνουσα διαφραγματοκήλη με οισοφαγικό εκτύπωμα στα 35 cm και διαφραγματικό στα 38 cm βαλβίδα τύπου IV κατά Hill.. χωρίς παθολογικά ευρήματα. Το ερώτημά μου είναι αν συνιστάται επέμβαση.
