Να ανησυχώ για οισοφάγο Barrett παρά την αντίθετη διάγνωση;

Καλησπέρα !Έκανα γαστροσκοπηση λόγο παλινδρομησης με πολύ ήπια συμπτώματα, η κλινική διαγνωση ήταν οκ σύμφωνα με τον γαστρεντολογο ωστόσο η βιοψία έδειξε οισοφαγο μπαρετ.Ο γαστρεντολογος μου είπε ότι δεν πλήρω τα στοιχεία για μπαρετ .. Κι να αγνοήσω την βιοψία.. να κάνω θεραπεία με λαπραζολ κι επανεξέταση σε 2 χρόνια.Μ έχουν μπερδέψει, μπορεί να συμβεί αυτό?(ηλικια 40),μη καπνιστής, ούτε καφέ κι αλκοόλ.Ευχαριστω!

  • Για να τεθεί η διάγνωση αυτή χρειάζεται να συμφωνούν τόσο η ενδοσκοπική εικόνα όσο και η εξέταση της βιοψίας. Για να υπάρξει απάντηση για την συγκεκριμένη περίπτωση θα πρέπει να εκτιμηθεί η έκθεση ενδοσκόπησης αυτούσια με τις εικόνες της οσο και το αποτέλεσμα της βιοψίας κατά λέξη. (Με περιγραφή στο περίπου η απάντηση θα είναι επισφαλής.)
