Επιτυχής λαπαροσκοπική επέμβαση για ολισθαίνουσα διαφραγματοκήλη: Λύση;

Για ολισθαινουσα διαφραγματοκηλη αν γινει επιτυχημενη επεμβαση λαπαροσκοπικα ΛΥΘΗΚΕ εντελως το προβλημα ? Δηλαδη οχι κινδυνος για οισοφαγο barett , οχι χαπια πλεον ( pariet ), οχι διαιτες αποφυγης ( δηλ σοκολατα , αλκοολ, λιπαρα , οξινα φρουτα , μικρα γευματα κλπ κλπ ) . Εννοειται φυσικα το "παν μετρον αριστον "

    Σίγουρα όμως η κατάσταση βελτιώνεται σημαντικά.

  • Οχι. Η χειρουργική διόρθωση της διαφραγματοκήλης ενδείκνυται για μεγάλες διαφραγματοκήλες και αφότου έχουν δοκιμαστεί προηγουμένως οι υπόλοιπες μέθοδοι περιορισμού συμπτωμάτων. Το χειρουργείο μπορεί να προσφέρει σημαντική βελτίωση στις περιπτώσεις αυτές όμως δεν υπάρχει εγγύηση για πλήρη ύφεση. Θα έλεγα ότι, κατ' ελάχιστον, διατηρούνται περιορισμοί στη διατροφή και μετά.
