Δυσκολία στον ύπνο και δυσφορία μετά από ελαφριά γεύματα με παλινδρόμηση;
Καλησπέρα …ενώ σχετικά τρώω ελάχιστα και ελαφριά γεύματα νωρίς το απόγευμα δυσκολεύομαι πολύ με τον βραδινό ύπνο νιώθω δυσφορία και προσπαθώ συνεχώς να ρευτώ ενώ την ημέρα έχω παλινδρόμηση. Τι προτείνετε ;;
