Διατροφή και αντιμετώπιση πόνου για εκκολπώματα στο σιγμοειδές έντερο

Έκανα κολονοσκόπηση και ο γιατρός μου με βρήκε εκκολπώματα αρκετά στο σιγμοειδές και σε άλλα σημεία του εντέρου. Δεν μου έδωσε κάτι ο γιατρός για τον πόνο. Ούτε διαιτολόγιο. Τι μπορώ να κάνω όταν έχω ενοχλήσεις περισσότερο τι διατροφή πρέπει να ακολουθήσει κάποιος. Ευχαριστώ πολύ
