Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) nexium peptan

Αποτυχία επέμβασης διαφραγματοκήλης Nissen; Συμπτώματα και θεραπείες

Έκανα επέμβαση διαφραγματοκήλης nissen πριν 6 μήνες. Τώρα ξαφνικά έχω ξανά παλινδρόμηση με γδάρσιμο στο λαιμό και ελαφρύ βήχα και πνίγομαι κάποιες φορές! Δεν έχω όμως καούρες και πρήξιμο όπως παλιά! Πήρα Nexium 20mg πρωί βράδυ και δεν είδα μεγάλες διαφορές 1-2 μέρες καλά μια τα ίδια! Τώρα μου έδωσε ο γιατρός να παίρνω και peptan 40mg το βράδυ για 10 μέρες και να δούμε πως θα πάει. Όλα αυτά μπορεί να σημαίνουν ότι έχει αποτύχει η επέμβαση;

  • Απ'ότι καταλαβαίνω τα έχετε όλα μπερδεμένα στο μυαλό σας. Το πρήξιμο που είχατε παλιά δεν έχει σχέση με παλινδρόμηση / οι καούρες έχουν. Το γδάρσιμο στο λαιμό, ο βήχας και το πνίξιμο δεν είναι παλινδρόμηση και όπως δεν είδατε διαφορά με το Nexium δεν θα δείτε και με το Peptan.
