ΣΕΕ με διάρροια μετά το πρωινό: γαστρεντερίτιδα ή κάτι άλλο;
καλησπέρα σας. έχω πολλά χρόνια το ΣΕΕ με σπάνια προβλήματα διάρροιας και δυσκοιλιότητα ποτέ. εδώ και ένα μήνα πήγαινα τουαλέτα το πρωί κανονικά και μετά το πρωινό μετά από μια ώρα με έβγαζε με διάρροια όχι όμως κάθε μέρα. στις τελευταίες 20 μέρες τα συμπτώματα άρχισαν να γίνονται πιο συχνά και συνεχίζονται πηγαίνοντας 2-3 φορές τη μέρα με διάρροια.. υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι γαστρεντερίτιδα όπως μου είπε ο γιατρός και μου έδωσε προβιοτικά και δίαιτα ή να το ψάξω πιο βαθιά και αν είναι γαστρεντερίτιδα πόσο κρατάει συνήθως.. ?

η γαστρεντερίτιδα σχετίζεται με κάποιο μικροβιακό ή ιογενές αίτιο το οποίο συνήθως είναι αυτοπεριοριζόμενο εντός λίγων ημερών. Δεν αναμένεται να επιμένει σε σταθερή ένταση για 20ήμερο. Το ευερέθιστο έντερο από την άλλη μεριά, έχει υφέσεις και εξάρσεις και η ένταση μπορεί να αλλάξει με το χρόνο. Εάν δεν έχετε κανένα άλλο σύμπτωμα πλην των αυξημένων κενώσεων, μπορείτε να περιμένετε για λίγο για πιθανή βελτίωση ακολουθώντας τις οδηγίες που έχετε λάβει.

20 μέρες συμπτώματα δεν είναι γαστρεντερίτιδα (μπορεί όμως να απορρυθμίστηκε το ΣΕΕ από μια γαστρεντερίτιδα).
Αν είστε άνω των 35 θα πρότεινα να κάνετε επιπλέον έλεγχο.
