Πώς να αποφύγω τη γαστρεντερίτιδα ενώ παίρνω αντιβίωση; Συμβουλές;
Καλησπέρα...τα παιδιά μου πέρασαν γαστρεντερίτιδα και τώρα ξεκίνησε ο σύζυγος...!!! Πίνω αντιβίωση λόγω ενός κρυοματος που πέρασα...τι μπορώ να κάνω ώστε να μην κολλήσω;; Φοράω μάσκα και γενικά προσέχω τις επιφάνειες..!!υπάρχει περίπτωση με την αντιβίωση και τα προβιοτικα να τη γλιτώσω ;; Ταξιδεύω σε δύο μέρες και αγχώνομαι

Απλά προσέξτε την τουαλέτα και τις επιφάνειες και βέβαια αποφύγετε τις επαφές.

Όσο και να αγχώνεσθε, εάν είναι να κολλήσετε, θα κολλήσετε...
Επίσης, τα "αντιβιοτικά" ΔΕΝ κάνουν ΤΙΠΟΤΕ στους ιούς!!! Τα αντιβιοτικά είναι για βακτηρίδια (άλλο είδος μικροβίου), όχι για ιούς...
Καλώς προσέχετε με μάσκες κλπ, μειώνοντας τις πιθανότητες, αλλά και πάλι ΔΕΝ μπορείτε να τις εξαλείψετε...
Το να αγχώνεσθε,λοιπόν, δεν σας προσφέρει τίποτε άλλο παρά στενοχώρια κι αλόγιστο φόβο...
