Τι γιατρό να συμβουλευτώ για συχνές γαστρίτιδες και γαστρεντερίτιδες στα 28 μου;

Είμαι 28 χρονών. Παθαίνω συχνά γαστρίτιδες. Ο παθολόγος μου, μου προτείνει μόνο το μονστρελαν. Έχω νοσηλευτεί σε νοσοκομείο για γαστρεντερίτιδα σε διαφορετικά χρονικά διαστήματα ήδη τρεις φορές. Σε γενικές γραμμές παθαίνω συχνά γαστρεντερίτιδα και γαστρίτιδα αλλά δεν έχω καθοδήγηση από τον παθολόγο μου ούτε μου έχει προτείνει εξετάσεις. Τι γιατρό πρέπει να συμβουλευτώ πριν γίνουν τα πράγματα χειρότερα;

  • Αγαπητέ ασθενή, εάν δεν έχετε λάβει συμβουλή να επισκεφθείτε γαστρεντερολόγο και να γίνει ΣΩΣΤΗ γαστροσκόπηση (τουλάχιστον για αρχή και με πολλές βιοψίες από συγκεκριμένα σημεία όπως ορίζουν οι διεθνείς οδηγίες, π.χ. πρωτόκολλο του Σύδνεϊ) είναι μέγα λάθος.
    Η συχνή "γαστρεντερίτιδα" ή η "γαστρίτιδα" μπορεί να είναι ενδείξεις άλλης γαστρεντερολογικής νόσου (και όχι μόνον γαστρεντερολογικής) και θα έπρεπε να έχει διενεργηθεί ενδελεχής έλεγχος για να αποκλεισθούν δεκάδες πιθανότητες...
