Τι να κάνω για πόνο σε αυχένα, ωμοπλάτη και ώμο από κήλη α3 α4;
Κήλη α3 α4 μου είπαν κ λόγο κακής χρήσης μου ( κιθάρα) επαθα δυο φορες επικονδυλιτιδα κ στα δυο χέρια εναλλάξ Ο πονος εντοπίζεται στην βάση του αυχένα, σβέρκου απο αριστερά χτυπάει κ ωμοπλατη κ ωμο Τι κανω ???
