Αργή αύξηση χοριακής στην 5η εβδομάδα εγκυμοσύνης: πιθανότητα αποβολής;
Καλησπέρα σας, είμαι πρώτη φορά έγκυος μάλλον 5 εβδομάδων (τελευταία έμμηνος ρύση 27/6/2025) και οι τιμές στην χοριακή ανεβαίνουν πάρα πολύ αργά (4/8/25 682,10 -- 6/8/2025 947,90 -- 9/8/2025 1.594,50 -- 11/8/2025 1.960,60) Υπάρχει περίπτωση να αλλάξουν οι τιμές σε 3 μέρες και να γίνουν φυσιολογικές ή αναμένουμε αποβολή; Σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων

Καλησπέρα σας. Ναι, είναι αλήθεια οτι η άνοδος της χοριακής στις πρώτες εβδομάδες είναι συνήθως πιο γρήγορη, αλλά υπάρχουν και περιπτώσεις που ανεβαίνει πιο αργά χωρίς αυτό να σημαίνει απαραίτητα ότι η κύηση δεν θα εξελιχθεί. Φυσικά είναι πιθανό να είναι μια κύηση που δεν εξελίσσεται φυσιολογικά, αλλά σπάνια μπορεί να είναι και ένδειξη εξωμήτριας κύησης. Θεωρώ οτι το πιο σημαντικό σε αυτή τη φάση είναι να γίνει ένας υπέρηχος, ώστε να δούμε αν υπάρχει σάκος και έμβρυο μέσα στη μήτρα. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω κ στο ελάχιστο.
