Υπάρχει περίπτωση διαφραγματοκήλης να μην φανεί σε γαστροσκόπηση;
Πρόσφατα έκανα γαστροσκόπηση όπου διαγνώστηκα με χρόνια γαστρίτιδα και δωδεκαδακτυλίτιδα η βιοψία είναι καθαρή. Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω αν υπάρχει περίπτωση να υπάρχει διαφραγματοκήλη και να μην φάνηκε στην γαστροσκόπηση; Επίσης ποια άλλη εξέταση προτείνεται για διαφραγματοκήλη;

θα μπορούσε, σε κάποιες (λίγες) περιπτώσεις. Εξέταση που μπορεί να διαπιστώσει τυχόν διαφραγματοκήλη είναι και η αξονική τομογραφία άνω κοιλίας. Εάν δεν αναφέρεται διαφραγματοκήλη στην αξονική, μπορούμε πρακτικά να πούμε ότι δεν υπάρχει.
