Πόνος μετά την επαφή για χρόνια χωρίς διάγνωση: Πιθανές αιτίες;
Καλησπέρα σας, ήρθα πρώτη φορά σε επαφή πριν 4 χρόνια και τους πρώτους 3 μήνες ήταν όλα φυσιολογικά μετά ξαφνικά άρχισα να πονάω πάρα πολύ μετά την επαφή και αναγκάστηκα να πάω στο νοσοκομείο έκατσα 5 μέρες αλλά δεν μ' βρήκαν κάτι και ενώ είχα βγει από το νοσοκομείο πονούσα πολύ ακόμα. Πήγα σε γαστρεντερολόγο σε 4 γυναικολόγους και όλα είναι φυσιολογικά μέχρι και σήμερα (έχω κάνει και μαγνητική) πονάω κατά τη διάρκεια της επαφής, μετά συνεχίζει για μέρες, υπήρχαν μέρες π δεν μπορούσα ούτε να κάτσω ούτε να περπατήσω από τον πόνο και μέχρι και σήμερα είναι το ίδιο πράγμα. Σε τι μπορεί να οφείλεται αυτός ο πόνος;

Καλησπέρα σας, ο πόνος που περιγράφετε είναι πραγματικός και δεν πρέπει να αγνοείται ακόμα κι αν οι εξετάσεις σας βγαίνουν φυσιολογικές.
Μπορεί να οφείλεται σε εν τω βάθει δυσπαρευνία, ενδομητρίωση που δεν φαίνεται εύκολα, νευροπαθητικό πόνο ή χρόνιο πυελικό πόνο. Αυτά δεν φαίνονται πάντα σε απλές εξετάσεις κ όντως πολλές φορές η διάγνωση δεν είναι εύκολη.
Χρειάζεται κατά τη γνώμη μου εκτίμηση από γυναικολόγο με εμπειρία σε παρόμοια θέματα κ φυσικοθεραπευτή πυελικού εδάφους.
