Τι σημαίνουν FSH 62, LH 27, DHEA-S 68 στην εμμηνόπαυση στα 45;
Είμαι 45 και η περίοδός μου ήταν σχετικά σταθερή - δηλαδή δεν έχασα κάποιο μήνα. Μόλις έχασα τον πρώτο μήνα και έκανα ορμονολογικές εξετάσεις. FSH=62, LH=27 DHEA- S =68. Καταλαβαίνω ότι μπαίνω (ή μπήκα?) σε εμμηνόπαυση. Τι να περιμένω με αυτούς τους δείκτες? Είναι αντιπροσωπευτικοί ή μπορούν να αλλάξουν τον επόμενο μήνα? Υπάρχει περίπτωση να μου ξαναέρθει περίοδος? Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.

Οι τιμές είναι ενδεικτικές προεμμηνόπαυσης. Δεν μπορεί να προβλεφθεί πότε και αν θα ξαναδείτε περίοδο. Όταν θα έχετε ένα χρόνο να δείτε περίοδο θα είστε στην εμμηνόπαυση.

Καλησπέρα σας. Ναι υπάρχει περίπτωση να μην έρθει ξανά όπως κ περίπτωση να δείτε τους επόμενους μήνες κάποια στιγμή εκ νέου περίοδο. Σε εμμηνόπαυση θεωρείται μια γυναίκα όταν έχει συμπληρώσει 12 συνεχόμενους μήνες χωρίς περίοδο. Άρα εσείς τυπικά δεν είστε σε εμμηνόπαυση αλλά στην περιεμμηνοπαυσιακη περίοδο. Μιλήστε με τον γιατρό σας για το τι πρέπει να προσέξετε για την συνέχεια ανάλογα με τα συμπτώματα σας.
