Ροζ κηλίδες στην εμμηνόπαυση με καλά τεστ Παπ και υπέρηχο, αιτίες?

Βρίσκομαι στην εμμηνόπαυση κ είδα ροζ κηλίδες στο χαρτί. Πρόσφατα έκανα κολπικό υπέρηχο κ τεστ Παπ και ήταν καλά. Έχω ινομυώματα που δεν μου προκάλεσαν ποτέ πρόβλημα. Πού οφείλονται οι ροζ κηλίδες?

Καλησπέρα σας. Στην εμμηνόπαυση δεν θεωρείται φυσιολογικό να υπάρχει ούτε μικρή αιμορραγία, ακόμη κι αν τα ινομυώματα δεν σας έχουν δημιουργήσει πρόβλημα και οι τελευταίοι έλεγχοι ήταν καλοί. Δεν μπορώ να σας πω ποια είναι η αιτία της δικής σας αιμορραγίας χωρίς να σας έχω εξετάσει, αλλά είναι σημαντικό να αποκλειστούν οι πιο πιθανές αιτίες, όπως πολύποδας, πάχυνση ενδομητρίου ή πιο σπάνια κάποια κακοήθεια. Χρειάζεται λοιπόν επανέλεγχος αρχικά με υπερηχογράφημα κ οτι άλλο κριθεί αναγκαίο.
