Πώς να διαχειριστώ ακανόνιστους κύκλους περιόδου στα 37 με κλιμακτήριο;
Σας χαιρετώ. Είμαι σχεδόν 37 χρονών. Εδώ και 1μιση χρόνο έχω πολύ συχνά μικρούς κύκλους περιόδου (π.χ. 20 μέρες, 17 μέρες, έτυχε και 12 μέρες). Επίσης είχα και έχω κηλίδες αίματος πριν και μετά την περίοδο. Κάποιες φορές μπορεί να διαρκούν και μια βδομάδα. Επισκέφτηκα γυναικολόγο και έκανα ορμονικές εξετάσεις την 3η ημέρα της περιόδου οι οποίες έδειξαν TSH 0.83 free T4 16.00 estradiol (E2) 15.7 FSH 18.7 LH 8.65 prolactin 132.6 Να σημειωθεί είχα ενδομήτριο σπιράλ χαλκού το οποίο αφαίρεσα πριν 2 μήνες για να αποκλείσουμε πιθανότητα αιμορραγίας από το σπιράλ και να επαναλάβω τις ορμονικές εξετάσεις σε 3 μήνες. Εκεί που είχα μικρούς περιόδους αυτό το μήνα είχα ένα κύκλο 48 ημερών. Από ότι αντιλαμβάνομαι πιθανόν να είμαι σε κλιμακτήριο. Τώρα οι περίοδοι μου θα έρχονται πιο αργά ή μπορεί να έχω εναλλαγές κάθε μήνα; Προτείνετε να ξεκινήσω ορμονική υποκατάσταση; Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων
