Δεν έχω περίοδο 6 μήνες, είμαι στην εμμηνόπαυση με FSH 34.95;
Καλησπέρα. Εδώ και έξι μήνες δεν έχω περίοδο. Τα αποτελέσματα των εξετάσεων είναι τα εξής: Ε2 25.60 PRL 6,20 FSH 34.95 και LH 22.42. Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω αν είμαι ήδη στην εμμηνόπαυση.

Για να πούμε με βεβαιότητα ότι μια γυναίκα είναι στην εμμηνόπαυση, πρέπει να έχει περάσει τουλάχιστον ένας χρόνος χωρίς περίοδο. Εσείς έχετε έξι μήνες, οπότε μπορεί να είστε σε μετάβαση προς την εμμηνόπαυση, αλλά όχι απαραίτητα ήδη εκεί.
Οι ορμόνες σας έχουν τιμές που βλέπουμε σε γυναίκες κοντά στην εμμηνόπαυση, όμως αυτές οι τιμές μπορεί να αλλάξουν, ειδικά αν επανέλθει η περίοδος. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα με την απάντηση μου.

Οι τιμές είναι πράγματι επηρεασμένες. Μια γυναίκα είναι σε εμμηνοπαυση όταν δεν έχει περίοδο για 12 συνεχόμενους μήνες. Επομένως με βάση τον ορισμό δεν είστε ακόμα στην εμμηνοπαυση αλλά στην περιεμμηνοπαυσιακη περίοδο. Και οι ορμόνικες σιγουρα δε μπορούν να προβλεψουν το πότε ακριβώς αυτό θα συμβεί.
