Θεραπεία για Clostridium difficile μετά από vancomicin και προβιοτικά;
Πρόσφατα, διαγνωστηκα με cl. difficile. Μου δόθηκε στο σπιτι αντιβίωση vancomicin 10 ημέρες, αλλά μετε από μια 1 εβδομαδα αφ ότου την τελείωσα,άρχισαν πάλι τα προβλήματα,διαρροια, πολλά αέρια στο εντερο,πόνοι κ επιτακτική κένωση. Στον γιατρό μου, διακρίνω αμηχανία. Αυτό θεραπευεται;μπορώ να πάρω προβιοτικα;ευχαριστώ για το χρόνο σας.

Η επανεμφάνιση των διαροροιών ΔΕΝ σημαίναι αναγκαστικά συνέχιση της λοίμωξης.
Μπορεί το έντερο να μην έχει συνέλθει ακόμη.
Προβιοτικά λαμβάνουμε πάντα όταν αρχίζουμε αντιβίωση και τα συνεχίζουμε αρκετές μέρες μετά το πε΄ρας αυτής.
