Όχι δεν αντενδείκνυται, αλλά η θεραπεία της οξείας ουρικής αρθρίτιδας δεν είναι το zyloric. Επίσης, η φλεγμονή στο πόδι μπορεί να είναι από την ελκώδη κολίτιδα ("εντεροπαθητική αρθρίτιδα") και όχι από το ουρικό. Θα πρέπει να σας δει ρευματολόγος για σας προτείνει την κατάλληλη αγωγή!
