Ελκώδης κολίτιδα, δέκατα, θετικός pct 0.76, αυξημένη crp 24 σημασία?
Καλησπέρα σας. Ο σύζυγός μου έχει ελκώδη κολίτιδα. Εδώ και αρκετό καιρό έχει δέκατα στο ξαφνικό. Έκαναν εξετάσεις στο νοσοκομείο που τον παρακολουθούν για την πάθησή του και του βρήκαν ότι είναι θετικός σε pct 0.76. Να σημειώσω ότι έχει και αυξημένη crp 24. Τι σημαίνει?

Και τα δύο είναι δείκτες φλεγμονής. Οπότε σημαίνει φλεγμονή. Είτε από την ελκώδη (δηλαδή έξαρση) είτε από κάποια άλλη αιτία.

Το ερώτημα είναι εάν έχει συμπτώματα από το έντερο (αίμα, διάρροιες, πόνο) και εάν έχει κάνει πρόσφατα κολονοσκόπηση. Ανάλογα με τις απαντήσεις κρίνεται και αν συνδέονται τα δέκατα και οι δείκτες φλεγμονής με έξαρση νόσου. Αν έχει συμπτώματα, η απάντηση είναι σχεδόν προφανής. Αν δεν έχει, υπάρχει και πάλι λόγος για κολονοσκόπηση εφόσον δεν έκανε πρόσφατα.
