Τελικά πήγα στον γυναικολόγο η κύηση είναι ενδομήτρια.Σε μια βδομάδα θα με ξαναδεί για να δούμε αν δημιουργηθεί λεκιθικος ασκός.Μου είπε να ξεκινήσω αντιπηκτικες λόγω ιστορικού αποβολών ετών 42 σας έχω ξαναγράψει αλλά δε μου δώσε το salospir διότι από την στιγμή που δεν έχω θρομβοφιλια η τα λεγόμενα αντιφωσπολιδικα δεν θα κάνει τίποτα το salospir.ισχυει ότι το salospir το δίνουν όταν τα αντιφωσπολιδικα είναι θετικά;

Όταν η ασθενής έχει αντιφωσφολιπιδικο σύνδρομο η ασθενής παρακολουθείται ταυτόχρονα από γυναικολόγο και αιματολογο. Και ανάλογα τον τύπο τ αντιφωσφολιπιδικου συνδρόμου συνήθως η ασθενής λαμβάνει και τα 2 δηλ κ αντιπηκτικες και salospir.

Ναι για το salospir ισχύει αλλά επίσης θεωρητικά αν δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα θρομβοφιλίας ούτε οι αντιπηκτικές χρειάζονται για τις αποβολές 1ου τριμήνου
