Πώς αντιμετωπίζεται νέα μικροβιακή λοίμωξη μετά από εγχείρηση κιρσοκήλης;
Καλησπέρα σας. Προσπαθούμε εδώ και ενάμιση χρόνο με τον άντρα μου για παιδι. Στην πρώτη καλλιέργεια σπέρματος του άντρα μου βρέθηκε σταφυλοκοκκος. Πήρε για 12 μέρες αντιβιωση Ciproxin. Εν τω μεταξύ έκανε και εγχείρηση κιρσοκηλης μετά από αυτό. Μετά την 2η καλλιέργεια σπέρματος, βρέθηκε ξανά σταφυλοκοκκος. Πήρε ξανά άλλες 12 μέρες Augmentin. Στην τρίτη καλλιέργεια , βρέθηκε Enterococcus facalis.. ο γιατρός μας πρότεινε 15 μέρες Ciprofloxacin. Πως γίνεται να βρέθηκε ξανά ένα καινούριο μικροβιο; Η εγχείρηση κιρσοκηλης έγινε πριν κάνει την 3η καλλιέργεια. Είναι αντιμετωπισιμο; Υπάρχει λογική να κάνουμε εξωσωματική εφόσον έχει βρεθεί μικροβιο; Ευχαριστώ πολυ
