Ωριμάζουν τα ωοθυλάκια ομοιόμορφα σε πρωτόκολλο εξωσωματικής;
Καλησπέρα σας, έχω μια απορία. Σε ένα πρωτόκολλο 10-12 ημερών διέγερσης για εξωσωματική. Τα ωοθυλάκια ωριμάζουν με τον ίδιο ρυθμό; Υπάρχει περίπτωση στον πρώτο υπέρηχο να φανεί ότι έχει έναν αριθμό ωοθυλακίων και σε επόμενους υπερήχους να αυξηθούν λόγω των φαρμάκων; Δηλαδή στον αρχικό υπέρηχο να μην είναι ορατά κάποια γιατί είναι πολύ μικρά και σε επόμενο υπέρηχο να γίνουν αντιληπτά.

Καλησπέρα σας. Στην αρχή της διέγερσης δεν φαίνονται πάντα όλα τα ωοθυλάκια, ειδικά αν είναι πολύ μικρά. Καθώς όμως προχωρά η αγωγή, μπορεί να "ξυπνήσουν" και άλλα και να φανούν σε επόμενους υπερήχους. Επίσης, τα ωοθυλάκια δεν μεγαλώνουν όλα με τον ίδιο ρυθμό. Κάποια αναπτύσσονται πιο γρήγορα, άλλα πιο αργά, και για αυτό κάνουμε κ την στενή παρακολούθηση, ώστε να συγχρονίσουμε την ωρίμανση όσο το δυνατόν καλύτερα πριν την ωοληψία. Ελπίζω να σας βοήθησα.
