Μπορώ να μείνω έγκυος με αδενομύωση και ΑΜΗ 0,33 ng/ml στα 44 έτη;
Καλημέρα σας, συγνωμη που επαναλαμβανω την ερωτηση μου αλλα δεν ελαβα καποια απαντηση. Είμαι 44 ετών με αδενομυωση μήτρας. μπορώ να μείνω έγκυος; έστω με εξωσωματικη; η ΑΜΗ μου ειναι 0,33 ng/ml. Ο ορμονικος ελεγχος φυσιολογικος. Σας ευχαριστώ

Καλημέρα σας. Η αδενομύωση από μόνη της δεν αποκλείει την εγκυμοσύνη, αλλά μπορεί να δυσκολέψει τη σύλληψη. Η ΑΜΗ 0,33 δείχνει χαμηλή ωοθηκική εφεδρεία, που σημαίνει ότι οι πιθανότητες φυσικής σύλληψης είναι περιορισμένες. Με εξωσωματική, υπάρχει ακόμα δυνατότητα, αλλά η ανταπόκριση στις ορμόνες διέγερσης μπορεί να είναι χαμηλή οπότε οι πιθανότητες σας θα είναι σίγουρα καλύτερες με ωάρια δότριας.
