Υπάρχει εναλλακτική για εγχείρηση καταρράκτη χωρίς ολική νάρκωση;
Είχε πάει ο πατέρας μου για εξέταση ματιών. Του βρήκαν καταρράκτη. Το πρόβλημα είναι ότι δεν άνοιγε τα μάτια του να μπορεί να τον εξετάσει ο γιατρός στα εξωτερικά δημόσιου νοσοκομείου και του είπε πως εάν θέλει να χειρουργηθεί θα πρέπει να πάει σε άλλο νοσοκομείο που του υπέδειξε (πολύ μακριά από εμάς) και να κάνει την εγχείρηση με ολική νάρκωση. Πείτε μου σας παρακαλώ.. αυτό είναι μονόδρομος. Δεν υπάρχει άλλος τρόπος?

Χρειάζεται μια στοιχειώδης συνεργασία κατά την διάρκεια του χειρουργείου.Εαν δεν υπάρχει τοτε προτεινεται η χειρουργική επέμβαση να γίνει με μεθη ή ακόμη πολύ σπάνια και με γενική νάρκωση.

Φυσικά και ναι . Δεν γίνεται ολική νάρκωση και σε δύσκολες περιπτώσεις όπως ένα μάτι ενοφθάλμο ή ένα δύσκολος ασθενής . Ολα αυτά βέβαια σε εξειδικευμένους οφθαλμίατρους και σε εξειδικευμένες κλινικές .

Μπορεί να χειρουργηθεί και κανονικα

Μπορεί να γίνει η επέμβαση με μέθη η οποία δεν επιβαρύνει τον οργανισμό εάν ο ασθενής δεν συνεργάζεται
