Κήλη αυχένα: Χειρουργική επέμβαση αν τα συμπτώματα επιμένουν;
Αν η κήλη αυχένα δεν υποχωρεί μετά από 15 μήνες με φυσικοθεραπείες, υπάρχει περίπτωση να συνεχίσει τα συμπτώματα (πόνος, μυϊκός σπασμός, ζαλάδες) για πάντα; Σε αυτή την περίπτωση η λύση είναι η χειρουργική επέμβαση;

Θα πρότεινα να εξαντλήσετε τα περιθώρια της φυσικοθεραπείας το χειρουργείο μπορεί να είναι επώδυνο

Η κήλη δεν υποχωρεί με φυσικοθεραπεία και ποτέ ο στόχος της φυσικοθεραπείας δεν είνα η κήλη, αλλά τα συμπτώματα που ΙΣΩΣ να προκαλεί καθώς και η βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής. Αν είχε γίνει σωστή διάνγωση και σωστή φυσικοθεραπεία και το πρόβλημα είναι μυοσκελετικό, η βελτίωση έπρεπε να είαν άμεση και να συνεχίζεται βελτιούμενη. Αν κάνετε επι 15 μήνες φυσικοθεραπεία και μάλιστα χωρίς αποτέλεσμα, κάτι έχει γίνει λάθος που δε μπορεί να το ξέρει κανείς αν δε σας εξετάσει
