Περίοδος στις 19 μέρες στα 47: Επαναληπτικές ορμονολογικές εξετάσεις;
Καλησπέρα σας, Είμαι 47 ετών με σταθερό κύκλο πάντα 28-30 ημερών. Και μια κύστη ενδομητρίωσης που τη γνωρίζω αλλά δεν την έχω αφαιρέσει και που δεν μου έχει εμφανίσει ποτέ πρόβλημα στον κύκλο μου. Το 2023 (45 ετών) είχα ένα περιστατικό με περίοδο που ήρθε στις 20 μέρες. Έκανα τότε στα 45 μου ορμονολογικές εξετάσεις με TSH: 2.41, FSH:8.28, LH:7.03, E2:82.3, PRG: 1.20, PRL:17.2, DHEA:9.10. Ο γυναικολόγος μου τότε μου είχε πει ότι είναι μια χαρά οι ορμονολογικές και δεν είναι εμμηνόπαυση ακόμα. Τώρα 2 χρόνια μετά και ενώ όλο αυτό το διάστημα ο κύκλος μου ήταν σταθερός 25-32 ημερών, μου ήρθε περίοδος στις 19 ημέρες. Πιστεύετε ότι πρέπει να επαναλάβω τις ορμονολογικές εξετάσεις και ότι πάλι αυτή η ανωμαλία που μου ήρθε περίοδος στις 19 μέρες όπως και τότε οφείλεται σε ανωμαλία λόγω προ-εμμηνόπαυσης ? ή να περιμένω έναν μήνα ακόμα πριν κάνω τις εξετάσεις ξανά για να δω στις πόσες μέρες θα έρθει η επόμενη περίοδος και μετά να κάνω ορμονολογικές ξανά. ?
