Καλησπέρα! Έκανα ορμονολογικές και το FSH είναι 51,3, LH: 19,8 E2:27, και προλακτίνη 7,9. Είμαι 43 χρόνων δείχνουν πρόωρη εμμηνόπαυση; Και τι αγωγή χρειάζεται;

Η εμμηνόπαυση ορίζεται ως η οριστική παύση της περιόδου. Αν δεν έχει συμβεί αυτό δεν είναι εμμηνόπαυση, αλλά κλιμακτήριος.
Οι μετρήσεις που αναφερετε δείχνουν ότι η παραγωγή των ορμονών του κύκλου βρίσκεται σε φθίνουσα πορεία, όπως αναμένεται σε μια γυναίκα στην κλιμακτήριο.
Η κλιμακτήριος θεραπεύεται με ορμονική υποκατάσταση υπό προϋποθέσεις.
