Μπορώ να πάρω ινοσιτόλη χωρίς γιατρό; Έχω Χασιμότο, έχω κάνει γενικές εξετάσεις, δεν μου λείπει κάποια βιταμίνη, απλά δεν χάνω κιλά εύκολα και τελευταία η περίοδος μου απορρυθμίστηκε.

Καταρχάς η ινοσιτόλη είναι συμπλήρωμα, οπότε δεν συνταγογραφείται. Άρα ναι, μπορείτε να το πάρετε χωρίς τον ενδοκρινολόγο σας. Δεν βοηθά όμως στο Hashimoto ή την απώλεια βάρους. Στα κορίτσια με σύνδρομο πολυκυστικών ωοθηκών που έχουν ρυθμισμένο θυρεοειδή και τις λοιπές ορμόνες, μπορεί να βοηθήσει στην ρύθμιση του κύκλου.
