Είναι φυσιολογικό να έχω καφέ υγρά και λίγο αίμα πριν την περίοδο;

Kαλησπέρα σας, το ερώτημά μου είναι γυναικολογικής φύσεως. Έχει να κάνει με τον κύκλο μου καθώς ενώ έχω έναν σταθερό σε γενικές γραμμές κύκλο. Τον Δεκέμβριο δεν ήρθε καθόλου, παίζει ρόλο το ότι είχα αλλάξει περιβάλλον και ότι αρρώστησα μέσα στις γιορτές; Επίσης ήρθε στα τέλη Γενάρη και ενώ φυσιολογικά περιμένω να ξαναέρθει τέλη αυτού του μήνα, τις τελευταίες 3 μέρες έχω παρατηρήσει κάποιες φορές όταν πηγαίνω στην τουαλέτα, λίγα καφέ υγρά και 1-2 φορές ελάχιστο αίμα. Είναι φυσιολογικό αυτό ή θα έπρεπε να ανησυχώ; Ευχαριστώ πολύ για το χρόνο σας.

  • Καλό θα ήταν να μιλήσετε με ενδοκρινολόγο ειδικό σε θέματα αναπαραγωγής , κλείστε ρβ για έλεγχο ορμονικό, , ασφαλώς και χρήζει εργαστηριακής διερεύνσηης και υπερηχογραφικής παρακολούθησης μήτρας και ωοθηκών
