Καθυστέρηση 7 ημερών με πολυκυστικές ωοθήκες, αρνητικά τεστ εγκυμοσύνης, τι να κάνω;

Καλησπερα σας έχω καθυστέρηση 7 ημέρες ενώ έχω πολυκιστικες ωοθήκες τέτοια καθυστέρηση δεν έχει ξανασυμβεί. Έχω πόνο περιόδου , φοβερή κόπωση και πρήξιμο στο στήθος . Εκανα την 5η μέρα καθυστέρησης ένα τεστ βγήκε αρνητικό καθώς και την επόμενη το πρωί που ξαναβγήκε αρνητικό. Τι μπορώ να κάνω εάν συνεχιστεί η καθυστέρηση ;
