Καθυστέρηση περιόδου στα 42 με φυσιολογική TSH και κύστη στην ωοθήκη - κλιμακτήριος;

Καλησπέρα είμαι 42 ετών ποτέ δεν είχα πρόβλημα με την περίοδο μου.τελευταια περίοδο είχα 1/11/23 και μέχρι σήμερα 29/12 δεν έχει έρθει.εκανα εξετάσεις θυρεοειδή tsh φυσιολογική.επειδη βρέθηκε μια κύστη μικρή στην αριστερη οωθηκη έκανα και προληπτικά καρκινικούς δείκτες όλα καλά.ιστορικο για εμμηνόπαυση νωρίς δεν έχω.μου είπαν να πάρω χάπια για πέντε μέρες προγεστερόνης για να φτιάξει ο κύκλος.αν δεν τα πάρω δεν θα αδιαθετησω από μόνη μου;και υπάρχει περίπτωση ναναι στη κλημακτηριο; ευχαριστώ πολύ.και δεν είμαι έγκυος
