Γιατί έχω περίοδο ξανά μετά από 5 ημέρες απουσίας και κλιμακτήριο στα 54;

Καλημέρα και Καλή Χρονιά, είμαι 54 ετών από τον μήνα Ιούλιο μέχρι και τις 29/12/2023 δεν είχα περίοδο (λογικά είμαι στη φάση της κλιμακτηρίου). Στις 29/12/2023 ήρθε η περίοδος για 5 ημέρες και σήμερα 15/1/2024 εμφανίστηκε πάλι. Αρχές Δεκεμβρίου στο πλαίσιο των ετήσιων εξετάσεων (τεστ ΠΑΠ, κολπικό υπέρηχο, μαστογραφία) όλα βγήκαν θετικά. Γιατί υπάρχει η εμφάνιση της περιόδου σε τόσο σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα; μήπως οφείλεται στη βρογχίτιδα που πέρασα αυτές τις ημέρες αλλά και στο στρες/άγχος που έχω λόγω του ότι ο πατέρας μας διαγνώστηκε με καρκίνο του πνεύματος (μεταστατικός);
