Έχω καθυστέρηση 10 μέρες περίπου. Έχω ασταθή κυκλο διαρκεί 35 περίπου μέρες , έχω κάνει τεστ εγκυμοσύνης μετά την καθυστέρηση ήταν αρνητικό. Τι να κάνω ;
