Πόνος χαμηλά στην κοιλιά και στη μέση πριν την περίοδο στα 43, αιτίες;

Είμαι 43 χρονών. Εδώ και 10 μέρες έχω έντονο πόνο χαμηλά στην κοιλιά καθώς και πόνο στη μέση. Περιμένω περίοδο σε 5 μέρες . Που μπορεί να οφείλονται αυτοί οι πονοι; Σας ευχαριστώ.
