Απώλεια 10 κιλών σε 4 μήνες χωρίς δίαιτα στα 61, πρέπει να ανησυχώ;
Καλησπέρα, είμαι 61 χρ. αγρότης και σε διάστημα 4 μηνών έχω χάσει 10 κιλά περίπου χωρίς καμία δίαιτα. Πρέπει να ανησυχήσω;
