Πυογόνο κοκκίωμα στο πρόσωπο: είναι ασφαλής η τοπική αναισθησία στην εγκυμοσύνη;
Έχω ένα πυογόνο κοκκίωμα στο πρόσωπό μου το οποίο καταπολεμάω με κρύα θεραπεία και δεν φεύγει. Επίσης είμαι έγκυος και η δερματολόγος μου με πρότεινε να το αφαιρέσω γιατί δεν φαίνεται και τόσο υγιές. Η τοπική αναισθησία υπάρχει περίπτωση να βλάψει το μωρό;

Καλησπέρα.Καμια περίπτωση δεν υπαρχει να υποστεί βλάβη το έμβρυο με την τοπική αναισθησία. Εφοσον κρινεται απαραίτητη η αφαίρεση, μπορει να γίνει

Καλησπέρα. Γενικά, η τοπική αναισθησία που χρησιμοποιείται σε τέτοιου τύπου μικρές επεμβάσεις θεωρείται ασφαλής στην εγκυμοσύνη. Θεωρώ οτι από τη στιγμή που η συντηρητική θεραπεία δεν είχε αποτέλεσμα, η αφαίρεση είναι μια λογική και σωστή επιλογή. Καλό είναι φυσικά να υπάρχει συνεννόηση και με τον γυναικολόγο που σας παρακολουθεί.
