Ενέσεις PRP για χονδροπάθεια γόνατος μετά από αρθροσκόπηση και ΥΑ ένεση;
Καλημέρα σας ,μετά από αρθροσκόπηση στο γόνατο που έκανα πριν από 1 χρόνο σχεδόν ,λόγω μηνίσκου η χονδροπαθεια κάπως επιδεινώθηκε η μαγνητική έδειξε 3 βαθμού σε κάποια σημεία ,έκανα μια ένεση καθαρου υαλουρονικου τον Δεκέμβριο καθως και φυσικοθεραπείες ,οι ενέσεις prp θα βοηθούσαν σε αυτή τη φάση ;δεν πονάω πολύ τώρα

Σίγουρα θα πρέπει να κάνετε ενδυνάμωση ωστόσο και ίσως αποκατάσταση στο περπάτημα σας . Με ασκήσεις για να ανακτήσετε το εύρος κίνησης ,το περπάτημα και τον έλεγχο κατά την βάδιση.
