Υποπλαστικό ρινικό οστό στην αυχενική διαφάνεια: Χρειάζεται περαιτέρω έρευνα;
Καλημέρα σας! Είμαι 26 ετών έκανα αυχενική διαφάνεια στις 12 και 4 μέρες, ιατρικά όμως στις 13 βδομάδες. Η αυχενική 1.80, 3 αγγεία ο ομφάλιος λώρος ή ο πλακούντας αν το λέω σωστά, φλεβώδης πόρος φυσιολογικός, τριγλώχινα φυσιολογική όπως και οι εξετάσεις αίματος της Papp A πολύ καλές. Το μόνο που μου είπε είναι για υποπλαστικό- "οριακό" ρινικό οστό όπως το χαρακτήρισε. Οι πιθανότητες όλες μαζί είναι 1 : 1500. Τι να κάνω; να το ψάξω περαιτέρω ή πρόκειται για φυσική παραλλαγή μύτης με όλα τα άλλα ευρήματα φυσιολογικά; Ο γυναικολόγος και ο εμβρυολόγος μου λένε ότι δεν χρειάζεται να το ψάξω και ότι όλα είναι καλά. Απλά με ανησυχεί το υποπλαστικό ρινικό οστό.

Παρόλο που οι πιθανότητες της αυχενικής είναι αρκετά καλές εάν θέλετε να έχετε περισσότερες πληροφορίες (τουλάχιστον για τις 3 πιο συχνές χρωμοσωμικες ανωμαλίες) κ χωρίς να κάνετε κάποια επεμβατική εξέταση, θα σας πρότεινα το NIPT.
